Job Overview
We are expanding our in-house landscaping team and looking for a skilled, experienced Landscaper to join us on a full-time basis. You will work as part of a close-knit team delivering beautifully crafted residential gardens across West Sussex and the surrounding areas, working to detailed design drawings and the highest standards of workmanship.
This is a role for someone who takes real pride in the quality of their work and wants to be part of a professional team that does things properly.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out hard and soft landscaping works to a consistently high standard
- Work across a range of tasks including paving, brickwork, timber structures, planting, and garden installations
- Work closely with the Team Leader and Landscape Project Manager on site
- Maintain high standards of quality, site presentation, and professionalism throughout each project
- Follow construction drawings and specifications accurately
- Contribute positively to the team environment and uphold the Andy Stedman Design
What We’re Looking For
- Have a minimum of 2‒3 years’ professional landscaping experience
- Have a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials across hard and soft landscaping
- Are reliable, well-presented, and professional on site at all times
- Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a structured, professional team
- Take genuine pride in the quality and finish of your work
- Hold a full UK driving licence
