About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is designed for someone who is highly organised, an excellent communicator, and passionate about being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Manage emails, invoicing, Services Agreements, and sales spreadsheets.
• Client Coordination: Schedule client surveys and consultations, and manage communications related to services and payments.
• Bookkeeping & Finance: Assist with Stripe, FreeAgent (or similar), and general financial administration.
• Social Media Management: Respond to DMs and comments on Instagram and Facebook, with the potential for cross-platform posting (TikTok, YouTube).
• Project Support: Help with estimates/quotes, invoice sending and follow-up, and general team assistance across departments.
• Showroom & Studio Organisation: Ensure the studio and showroom are well-maintained, including watering plants and keeping everything tidy.
• Mailing List & Newsletter: Organise and manage the mailing list, creating and sending out newsletters based on FAQs, case studies, and social media topics.
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
• Senior administrative experience and a passion for supporting a creative team.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with Stripe, FreeAgent (or similar), Trello, and Google Workspace is preferred.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of work.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented garden designer with 5+ years of experience, looking to work on high-end, bespoke garden design and landscaping projects. The role offers flexibility with the potential to transition into a full-time position after a successful trial period.
About the Role:
As a Freelance Garden Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional garden designs from consultation to completion. You will manage client projects independently while collaborating with the design team. You must be highly skilled, self-sufficient, and passionate about delivering top-tier garden designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design bespoke gardens from start to finish
• Manage projects from client consultation to final completion
• Work independently while collaborating with the design team
• Proficiency in Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Lumion preferred
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
• At least 5+ years of experience in a senior garden design role (self-employed or with a company)
• A diploma or degree in garden design or landscape architecture
• Self-sufficient and able to complete projects independently
• A strong and extensive portfolio which aligns with our own
• Must be within driving distance of Chichester, West Sussex, and willing to travel for site visits

This is a full-time, permanent role with the opportunity to work on exciting landscaping projects. If you’re physically fit, eager to learn, and want to grow within the landscaping industry, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Landscaping Labourer, you will assist in various landscaping tasks, including hard and soft landscaping projects, groundworks, and site preparation. You will work alongside our experienced team to complete high-end landscaping projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support all aspects of hard and soft landscaping projects
• Perform labour-intensive tasks, including lifting, digging, and material moving
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
• Some landscaping experience preferred but not essential
• Physically strong, fit, and hardworking
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
• Must have a full UK driving licence and a car to get to site
