What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Own the content calendar and maintain consistent premium brand positioning
- Drive qualified lead generation through organic content, with a clear objective of reducing reliance on paid media
- Manage videographers, editors and the full production workflow
- Oversee and manage external agencies (Meta, Google, SEO), holding them accountable to performance and ROI
- Plan and execute lead magnets, email lists and nurture sequences

We produce a high volume of premium short-form and long-form content across social and paid channels. We are now looking for a highly experienced Video Editor to join us full-time and elevate our output further.
This is not an entry-level editing role. We are looking for someone commercially aware who understands that content exists to generate leads and drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Bulk edit short-form video content for organic social and paid Meta campaigns
- Edit long-form YouTube content
- Follow established brand style and proven high-performing formats
- Work from detailed briefs and structured performance data
- Allocate approximately 5–10% of time testing new concepts based on proven viral insights
- Contribute creative input as you grow into the role
- Engage with performance metrics and feedback loops to continually improve output

- Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale

We’re expanding the landscaping side of the business and are looking for a capable, reliable Landscaper to join our team in a mid-level role.
This position works under our Foreman and Team Leader and alongside our Project Manager. You’ll be trusted to manage your own day-to-day tasks on site, maintain high standards of quality and organisation, and contribute positively to the delivery of our projects.
There is genuine opportunity to progress as the landscaping division continues to grow.
Most project sites are within a reasonable travel distance of our Chichester studio, typically within an hour.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out high-quality landscaping works across a range of residential projects
- Manage your own day-to-day tasks and site organisation
- Work closely with the Foreman, Team Leader and Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly
