We’re growing, and we’re looking for a senior design leader who can step in, take ownership, and raise the bar.

This is a genuine senior role for someone ready to lead high-end residential garden and landscape projects from first brief through to handover. You’ll be trusted with complex work, high-value clients, and real responsibility.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead garden and landscape design projects end to end
• Take briefs, develop concepts, and present designs confidently to clients
• Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
• Work closely with project managers and landscaping teams to ensure quality and a smooth transition from design to build
• Mentor and support members of the design team where needed
• Take ownership of larger and more complex projects
• Manage multiple projects at once without compromising quality

 

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant professional training and qualifications, typically a degree or diploma in landscape architecture, landscape design or garden design
• 7+ years’ relevant professional experience in a similar role
• A strong portfolio of high-end residential garden or landscape work
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and cost-conscious decision-making
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and dependable
• Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Vectorworks
• Experience with SketchUp and Lumion preferred, but not essential

This role suits someone with solid professional experience who can manage projects independently, present clearly to clients, and make considered, cost-aware design decisions. You’ll be trusted with responsibility from the outset, with clear opportunity to progress as your experience grows.

 

What You’ll Do

• Manage garden and landscape design projects from brief through to delivery
• Take client briefs and present design proposals with confidence
• Develop clear, well-considered design solutions that balance creativity and practicality
• Work closely with senior designers, project managers and landscaping teams to ensure smooth project progression
• Contribute positively to the studio environment and collaborative design culture
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and attention to detail

 

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant professional training and qualifications, typically a degree or diploma in landscape architecture, landscape design or garden design
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience
• Proven ability to run projects independently
• Strong client-facing, presentation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost-led design decisions
• Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Vectorworks
• Experience with SketchUp and Lumion preferred, but not essential

Full-time | Site-based

 

We’re expanding the landscaping side of the business and are looking for a capable, reliable Landscaper to join our team in a mid-level role.

This position works under our Foreman and Team Leader and alongside our Project Manager. You’ll be trusted to manage your own day-to-day tasks on site, maintain high standards of quality and organisation, and contribute positively to the delivery of our projects.

There is genuine opportunity to progress as the landscaping division continues to grow.

Most project sites are within a reasonable travel distance of our Chichester studio, typically within an hour.

 

What You’ll Do

• Carry out high-quality landscaping works across a range of residential projects
• Manage your own day-to-day tasks and site organisation
• Work closely with the Foreman, Team Leader and Project Manager to keep projects running smoothly
• Take responsibility for quality, efficiency and presentation on site
• Support and work alongside other members of the landscaping team
• Communicate professionally with the wider team when required

 

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years’ experience in a landscaping role at a similar level
• Relevant professional training and/or qualifications
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Well presented, reliable, and professional on site
• Passionate about landscaping and keen to develop your skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow
• Comfortable working as part of a structured, growing team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
