INITIAL CONSULTATION AND SITE VISIT
A meeting between you and our design team for us to get to know you and your garden, to discuss the project and to share ideas.
It is helpful if you can gather any ideas, Pinterest boards and house plans etc for this meeting.
SITE SURVEY AND ANALYSIS
A survey is carried out with a detailed site analysis to provide an accurate scaled layout plan of the existing landscape.
A topographical survey is required for large and complex gardens and landscapes.
This stage provides outlined concepts for your garden. An annotated 2D layout plan, detailed mood-boards and 3D visuals are provided.
With this combination of plans and visuals you will see a very good representation of the final design outcome.
We allow some time for final revisions and adjustments before moving on.
Detailed information on materials and construction methods. Including setting out plans, section elevations, construction details, service drawings, lighting, drainage and irrigation.
Drawings depicting detailed plant and tree species, varieties, quantities, locations, spacing and size.
Materials, features and lighting are viewed, discussed and chosen at our showroom. These are then added to the material and product specification and the tender documentation.
Your design is now ready to put out to tender to our recommended and vetted contractors .
We can supply a full schedule of works and offer a site inspection and consultancy service, to make sure your garden is being constructed properly and true to the design.
